At Naya Cart, we ensure a smooth and reliable shipping process so you receive your orders on time.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Pakistan. If your location is not listed, please contact us at cs@nayacart.com for assistance.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-15 business days

Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over PKR 5,000.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s tracking system.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated time, contact us at cs@nayacart.com for support.
  • For damaged items, report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and item.

Returns & Exchanges

We aim for customer satisfaction, and if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Sale items, personalized products, and assembled furniture cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
  • Step 1: Email us at cs@nayacart.com with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
  • Step 2: Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
  • Step 3: Ship the item in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
  • If you need a different size or color, we will process an exchange after receiving the original item.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement.
